Once more. if mCig/BTZI did business with a company that was partially owned by Paul or from which Paul collected income, that would have to be disclosed to the auditors and disclosed in "Related Parties and Related Party Transactions" on the financials. Several such transactions have been reported in the past and you've never raised any red flags. Either they were reasonable and legitimate transactions or they were fraudulent. So where do you suspect some illegal enrichment took place?
