I don't think it's a matter of "they" letting it run.
As in every time before, It's if enough trader money and Twitter Hype come together to make it run.
Each time it seems that the high of the run is lower, and the fall is lower also.
The problem for folks who get caught holding the bag is, they are still expecting it to go to .50 or higher. But it's been a loooong time since this ticker saw those numbers, because the hype has worn thin.
I do think it will move again, just can't expect the moon, without CONrad actually coming out and doing something for shareholders.
The Cold Hard Truth is, he has been here 2 1/2 yrs., and has not spoken a word, or do anything other than get Current, then get behind, then get Current over and over again.
Mean while, after starting with 297 Million shares, and keep in mind it was something close to a year before he started selling any, he's pushing 8 Billion and there is NO indication of it stopping there.
