3. Why did you fail to include the $157,000.00 lawsuit in the financial statement that you provided even though it is a matter of public record?
Also, what is the nature of the lawsuit and why are you being sued personally for the $157,000.00?
4. Why did you abandon all of your state corporate registrations?
5. Why do you not mention your past employment at Huffman Aviation and why do you substitute (depending on the day) a fictitious past as either a nightclub impresario or a research scientist?
