I dipped my toe in the ECSL pool and wiped some of those shares.

While I'm not 100% thrilled with the last update, I take Lawrence at his word at this point and as prior noted, my DD leads me to believe he's got a deal and is moving in the right direction.

Mr 82K is still sitting up there are .94. IMO, ECSL should begin to uptick if investors truly believe this deal gets done .... but I also think ECSL has been competing with open market buys. Would be preferable to see ECSL above $1 by the time the initial deal closing is announced which ... if Lawrence decides on lender this week ... should be the week after Thanksgiving ... there shouldn't be any delay in closing now. But a term sheet is a term sheet and isn't definitive just yet either. But should be fairly quick.
