Why isn’t Dale buying now? They are receiving FREE shares as a bonus?


Insiders likely can't buy now because they have a lot of inside information that hasn't been made public like the 60 day data. Insiders gave up salary for those "free" shares which have a strike price of $5.86 so they've lost money on it as of now.
