Buy up these cheap licenses with no plan to monetize them...they are just in their 'portfolio' but the drugs themselves don't have much value other than they look good for a small company to have



Thats the main problem with this... No progress in sight just a bunch of licenses with a market cap of 40+ mil.

40 mil. !!! for what ?

Bring on some 'expert' BoD's and consultants who don't really do anything but who give the company 'authenticity'.
