The hold up is OTC Markets Group. For GVSI it is 60 days for Form 10 effective. That means GVSI needs to file annuals and quartery filings on time. OTC Markets Group should make this current on the 29th but the idiots flicking the switch over there have been making mistakes daily. I've seen some SEC filers go to EM and some delinquent go to Pink Current in a day. The U.S.A. has a strange system for OTC trading. Regardless, this one will be Pink Current. It's a week away from being an SEC registrant. I'm very excited.
