Finally received response from OTCM & confirmed with SEC. Form 10s will be deemed effective 60 days after they are filed, provided that the SEC has no outstanding questions. Then OTCM will deem the companies current.

However, a request for the Form 10 to be ACCELERATED is also possible but GS didn't ask them to be.
