Thank you for sharing. Millions of private "investors" do not have clue about what they're up against. Its like the sec is complicit and only intervene in extreme cases.

I learned something as well.

Always wondered why anyone would wanna short co. into BK. Was not aware that if the co no longer exists, the moolah the hedgies make on naked shorting is TAX FREE.....wow smh.
