The market is going risk off right now mostly bc of the fed chair unclarity, the annual debt ceiling political chicken race, and the rising covid. The good thing though is that both fed choices are dovish on increasing rates and the rise in covid helps with continuation of fed stimulus + the value of StageIt. I think OTC rally will probably start after Dec 15 when the politicians are done playing with the market. Jmho
