Tucked away in what looks like a PR revision- it appears RKLB is sending a Photon spacecraft to Venus on their own. Wouldn’t be surprised to see NASA purchase or fund this mission down range- as it fits the current political climate.

Venus has a mostly CO2 atmosphere causing surface temperatures to average over 800 degree F.
It’s been said, that if Venus has an atmosphere like earth- the climate would be livable for humans…. Even with a closure proximity to earth.

To note- a trip to Venus is initially much easier than a trip to Mars- as the distance is shorter.
