Sentinel: Most legitimate publicly traded companies hold conference calls to release business results and provide guidance to the analysts who follow the company. They also allow questions that aren't pre-screened.

e.Digital holds one-way web casts to provide hype (or spin bad news as in the resignation of the auditor). Questions must be submitted in advance and they won't answer the tough ones. The one time they tried to hold a conference call, they pulled the plug early because they could not control the questions that were being asked.

To hold a web cast without having final numbers to release was the absurd thing.
