Bob and Joe are sitting in field-level seats at a baseball game. Bob looks up and sees a girl seated in the upper-level with her feet propped-up on the railing.
Bob: Hey Joe, look at that girl up there! She's got her feet propped-up and you can see she's wearing black panties!
Joe: You're wrong! She's not wearing any panties. That's black hair!
Bob: I'll bet you $100 that it's black panties!
Joe: OK. How do we prove it?
Bob calls over a stadium peanut-vendor and says, See that girl up there in the upper-deck? I'll give you 10 bucks to go up there and tell us what you see. The vendor takes the $10, heads upstairs to take a look, and returns 5 minutes later.
Bob: Well, did you see black panties?
Vendor: No.
Joe: Well, did you see hair?
Vendor: No.
Bob: Then what the hell did you see?
Vendor: Flies.
