ok, motherl, but now is based on vcsy patents/emPath/time/snappnet.....which also likely use vcsy other patents..so , and i'm not badgering you, how did they determine how much now for how much money/loan.........also, why didn't they go after vcsy patents? oh, cuz now is a 'stand alone' of vcsy with it's own mangement/hierarchy?....but it's worthless without the vcsy ip...supposedly.....so, those who say now is the only thing of value, which i'd dispute for govt, healthcare, etc,.....i'd say b s.......seems like you could anticipate someone else buying vcsy and under contract obligated to continue the relationship with now for ip.....wags.it is potentially a deep dive or very shallow depending on who the potential vcsy acquirer would be...duh, darpa
