Olderandwiser originally posted that link (to write up). I'm not sure if he authored it or not, however, it is a good deep dive into the corruption of OPTI (ie Pawson, Rosen, Sinensky, Braun, and others). Looks like a great class action lawsuit write up for those who fell victim to this scam.

The problem with stock scams, is that most investors take the loss and move on. The real winner Pawson and crew. If they scammed millions from one or two people it is a different story, however, they spread it across many people that don't want to "pay the lawyers" for the "principle" .. and these scammers such as Pawson, Rosen and Sinensky know that!

Unfortunately, despite warnings from those who have seen this before, many will ignore and fall victim to the lure of money! Until OTC / SEC really does something about it, investors will continue to be introduced to the term bagholder!
