Well, not actually. The 10-Q quarterly report is due on Monday. It's true that the 10-Q was first due on the 15th, because it would have been due on the 14th (45 calendar days after the end of the quarter), but that was a Sunday. So it was due on the 15th. But the extension gives five more calendar days after the due date, which would mean the extended due date would be tomorrow, the 20th. But since tomorrow is a Saturday, the due date is Monday, the 22nd. When adding five more days they don't count the original due date as the first day of the extension. The extension begins the next day.
