Just because the OS is unchanged, does not mean that dilution is not still flooding into the market.
The OS going up, is just proof that they are selling shares.
It still has to be sold into the market, and that is what we see EVERY DAY.

PS: I quit investing in the OTC after the first couple of tickers.
I only trade them now.
3's showing up today, looks like a good sign to me.
