Totally delusional. NP should be replaced for all his transgressions against shareholders. I do not advocate for installing a member of 13D outside of the proxy battle which they lost.

SK and NP at least should be voted out of the BoD and the other members appoint a temporary chairman who will be tasked with finding a suitable CEO replacement. This is how real companies operate - not the corporate incest currently taking place at CYDY.

Imagine that you report to a manager who also reports to you........which company does that?
