I think that Ihub, Yahoo, and other financial forums should agree to post a warning label next to any stock that utilizes this type of funding. This would enable novice AND experienced investors to make a quick decision without having to do time consuming DD. It would also force these companies to clean up their acts and become a more businesslike competitive company, and the borrowers to think twice before going public with a safety/fallback position. As a small, profitable business owner, I have often contemplated OTC possibilities, but after witnessing how most of these companies are run, I prefer not to join the club of moral misfits.
