The GVSI Form 10 was filed September 27th at 5:32 pm which means that it was “time stamped” as if was filed September 28th. 60 days from September 28th is November 27th, so I am expecting PINK CURRENT to happen on that Monday AFTER Thanksgiving, November 29th, NOT on Friday the 26th of November. It’s also possible that it will not be marked PINK until Tuesday, November 30th.

Being here since April, it really means nothing to me if it takes a few extra days, in fact, I’d rather $GVSI go PINK on Monday or Tuesday, a FULL TRADING DAY after the holiday is over, NOT on a Friday, the day after a major holiday, when the market closes at 1:00 pm.

The Friday after Thanksgiving, the stock market closes early at 1:00 pm.
