How do you know they are NOT?
They have reached every milestone and will reach the last and the last one seems bigger and people who wish they have gotten in at a cheaper price months ago should consider that right about now. Institutional share% are going up and buying up shares that retail have sold. People will surely miss out big on Titan cause it is the only small medical company that is teamed up with a bigger medical company(Medtronic) and people have a hard time believing it. Titan in Nov 2019 did cancel all milestones, but 7 months later partnered with Medtronic and I know for a fact that tons of people missed out and started whinning about how they missed out and they bought it at a higher price. No one knew about the partnership with Medtronic until the day it was announced, THE SAME WILL HAPPEN WITH THE STAKE AND BUYOUT BY MEDTRONIC! Mark my word!
