That's not true at all. TB wasn't a ticker or trading on the OTC 3 months ago. So they wouldn't be doing squat about getting some up-listing if they aren't listed in the first place. They got supposedly acquired by NECA. A known scam in the OTC with a known con-artist in CON-ouse. Reverse merger or not excuses won't help that this is seriously fishy and more than likely another CON-ouse scam tactic.
