Shareholders still own shares of ticker TOKIF, except for 20 market days where the ticker is TOKID, with the suffix 'D' signifying a reverse split.
After the 20 market days the ticker will return to TOKIF, unless the company submits a ticker change to FINRA to reflect the new company name.

With the one for 5 reverse split, demonstrated by the suffix 'D' added to the ticker, shareholders now own 20% of the amount of shares owned before the reverse split. Eg., if a shareholder owned 100,000 shares prior to the reverse split they now own 20,000 shares. Theoretically the share price should be up by 5 times the pre-reverse split share price, in theory to equal the same value pre-split to post split.

Eg., 100,000 shares pre-reverse split at 2 cents equals $2,000
20,000 shares post-one for 5 reverse split at 10 cents equals $2,000

Investors do not like reverse splits so investor sentiment will determine the post-reverse split value.
