And he has failed to file on time before but eventually the stock was always current again. Remember when they went delinquent in 2020 and then in Aug, they went current again and the stock shot up to .005? We have had very god support at .0004 and seeing as much as 600k shares on the bid. That is more than 10 times yesterdays total volume. Obviously a lot of people don't see this going much lower with that kind of support. Look at today, over 500k shares on the bid and only 7 million shares traded. That is not a massive sell off. We are in a holding pattern and if we get a filing tomorrow, next week or in 2 weeks everything could change.
I stated before the 15th that I expected the filing to come out closer to the end of the month than on the 15th.
