Way 2 different sectors. Seems like Riv% has a decent CEO that is motivated and took advantage of a great opportunity.

Gary and PCTL had that chance during the pandemic. Falled right on their face! Their services are no longer needed. Fluid Sales declining, No visible contracts.

Riv& has contracts. Dont compare those two companies. Way diffrent
