I'd prefer to not disregard actual due diligence. If a CEO needs to pat his own back with a phrase like "get a look at what a great deal looks like," it's usually a sign they're full of...well, that stuff babies leave in diapers.

Actual DD and experience reveals when the ceo states, "I think shareholders will agree the wait was well worth it" it's another smokescreen.
