I heard a rumor (OK, I made it up) that one of the big movie studios is going to float a bond issue to buy the movie rights, and then give all the bonds to Rufus to invest and they will split the profits 50/50 to fund a new company. Included will be a deal for 10 million in non cancelable preferred shares with 500 to one voting rights and not subject to a RS...
