I understand, best to buy when people are fearful, sell when greedy. I see people talking about their .0005 buys all over the web, calling them "scratchers", hope we all win big.

Certainly I noticed your point that the company has changed phrasing to encourage people out the door, so CEO loads up cheap, pump begins when they decide it does

Its an interesting game, anyways
