I've lost all faith in our GRST-Ethema CEO Mr. Shawn Leon, and I'll tell you why.
I just took a look at the NT-10Q (Notice of Late Filing) that he filed w/SEC, and in his explanation for filing the 10Q late, he gives the date the Co. will file it by as "August 23, 2021"! (see down below for the full official reason CEO Leon gave in the NT-10Q)

Was he drunk when he completed this SEC-compliant doc? Or is he senile? Or maybe he doesn't give a sh*t that these SEC filings are accurate or not.

"The Company is unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for nine months ended September 30, 2021. The Company anticipates that the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q will be filed on or before August 23, 2021." [Error: s/b NOV.23, 2021]
