Posts: 4 For those of you morons who still follow Rufus so blindly I have a couple of things for you idiots.
1. How can Rufus be the CEO when he stated he resigned and the Board of Directors fired him. The answer is HE CAN"T
2. For those of you who question the validity of Mike's preferred shares here is the letter from Don. The original has the signatures so don't think I made this up.
3. I wonder why the horses that are owned by Georgia Breeders ie rph*gabreeders.com were owned by Equine Solutions which was a JV of CSHD.
4. Why didn't Rufus put out anything when he found out the bonds and the UCC note were of no use. That in itself is against SEC regulations.
5. The issue with the emergency share holders committee conference call is funny as Rufus only wanted to have the call with James Gee and James is the one who told Rufus that he was uncomfortable making any decisions alone. James set up the conference call line 15 minutes before the call not Rufus.
Chew on that for a while people and wake up and smell the s...t Rufus is shoveling.

This will certify that the Michael D. Alexander was validly issued Preferred Shares in Fronthaul Group Inc. prior to its merger with Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp. The Preferred Shares converted on a one-for-one basis to Preferred Shares in Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp. and are, as of this date, still validly issued and registered to Michael D. Alexander.
As transfer agent for Conversions Solutions Holdings Corp., we further certify that no instructions have ever been received by us to alter Mr. Alexander's Preferred share position in the company and that the terms of the merger agreement as presented to us, had no reference to Mr. Alexander's preferred holdings.
Lastly, this will confirm that Michael D. Alexander is the only registered holder of Preferred shares in Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp.
