It indeed is trader manipulation. Couple of months back, just before the court date, there were heavy bids @ .025, i remember there was a bid for 500k shares at .025 for two whole days and no one was ready to sell at that price. And see now the condition of level2, it's pure manipulation. we should not fall for that.
