$$SFIO Team threw a curve ball in the most recent disclosure when they Listed all of the share issuances to all those people and didn't explain as to who any of them are,,,, Partners, family, investors, management, CEO's, etc. I wouldn't buy this stock now if I were a newbie after seeing the number of people tendered with millions of shares without knowing the purpose behind the massive share issuance. I believe an explanation of the issuances would help drive the price North. Name change and removal of shell status I think would help, also. Just my sweet honest opinion.
