S:WOW- that's a lot to read...What are the chances of this succeeding after the Proxy vote?"
R:"Succeeding- what is tha? What do you mean?"
S:"Succeeding - it's from the word Succeed...(Simon laughing).."
R:".....well, very good - if we have a Proxy can't have a proxy without succeeding...(didn't make sense).."
S:"What are the chances of the Shareholders profitable..."
R:"That is the whole purpose of the Proxy....read it have an attorney to interprit it...."
S:"How long til we feel releif...my wife & I have lost everything..."
R:"That is the goal of this, even the victims of ourstreet, the bashing..."
S:"Why didn't you hypothecate the bonds?"

S:"Your stock doesn't have quote....it's unusual volume...."
R:"You are trading blind- no bid & ask....how do you not have a sparatic market price? If there is no Bid or Ask - let me give everybody advice- set your price- right now - what do you want for it?
S:"People want $15...."
Simon...that was a good one!!!!! He's laughing....
Simon said that the broker won't let peole set the price that high.....Rufus said than document him.....because it's not supposed to be that way because it's a blind market.....they are not supposed to do that......
Rufus is making a lot of sense right now......
He's saying these brokers have no say in the price we set - in the grey market.....
Rufus said they were issued shares that were never entered into the system- they have hard phisical certs - except for Ben & Sabra.....he said his shares won't show up on the NOBO list....
James Gee said there is no Proxy coming & that Ben & Rufus have a court date on March 12th....
