$SURG pincher chart is forming nicely. I think folks who sell down at these levels are going to be disappointed, whether they are short sellers or longs throwing in the towel. Market cap isn't a whole lot larger than the cash this company brought in via their recent S-1. And the holders of nearly 5M warrants are going to want to see this will up above their strike price at $4.73.

I wonder what that spin-off IPO is going to do to the PPS here?
