it has to do with integrity.

On SPSO's now closed old twitter account (new one opened) he stated the next financials will be filed on time.

Heck (CEO ) also stated in his open letter dte. 6/29/2021:

"Now that this quiet period is officially over, you can count on receiving regular updates from the company"

There has been none.

Heck cannot tell the truth, which he has shown over the years.

Many companies file late, not the issue.

Heck is the issue!!
