Hey Toucan, you pretty summoned everything I was thinking. Not sure what the hell that means, but all could be ok as long as an opinion is added later.

A little backwards to what we would like to see, but if they earnest in filing regardless of a legal opinion, they can at least get 9/30/21 statement out there while legal works in concert to verify accuracy.

I always wondered about the legal council they used in the first place. My thoughts were that they went with someone on the cheap or someone they knew at the church. But that person was over his head. So, not surprised. Just disappointed.
