I'm not saying hedge funds are following the rules

I'm simply saying there are other similar transactions in life similar to shorting

The thing monkeys don't like is that the funds short and don't cover, and they short more than is available

Shorting when following the rules is fine

Sleep in. The second mouse gets the cheese. The early worm gets eaten by the bird.
