Hard to move forward on this. Feeling like I got swindled here.
Questions: Is this normal activity for OTC companies or just the CEO's of OTC companies?

Despite losing their reputations (INCC & STAI) isn't there a law against profiting off of making false or misleading statements? Are these guys criminally liable?

I had shares from 4 years ago, was buying much more the last 4 months after the STAI acquisition, yet just sold all of my shares yesterday as I cannot trust uncle tony anymore.
