Everyone is making a big deal about Delta 8(s) and the state of Texas. There are still 30 Plus states (Map link below) where Delta 8 is legal. If you look at the map, a lot of the states where Delta 8 is illegal, Delta 7 (traditional weed by most) is legal. Delta 9 is just an end-around so will Delta 10, 11, etc... These are synthetic by most parts. Delta 7 would be "Organic". Besides the grey area of Delta 8 & Texas, I have a wholesale license with RTON/ENDO in NC. Our Spa has sold over 100 bottles of these different gummies all from ENDO Brands since July of this year. We have not had one person tell us they do not like the products. People actually ask if we can carry other items from the website as RTON wholesale agreements are very aggressive to help the smaller shops sell their products. I hold over 1M Shares and wish I had dry powder to cover the purchase of even more.
