A fourth shipment of gold doré has been completed on November 11,
2021, in the amount of 1,460 gold equivalent ounces, contributing a further $3.3 million (US $2.6 million) in
gross proceeds to TVIRD and bringing the total shipped to date to 4,961 gold equivalent ounces.
On October 23, 2021, TVIRD made its third repayment in relation to the 5-year term loan with China Banking
Corporation in the amount of US $2.2 million and including US $0.3 million interest, bringing the total
principal repaid to date against the US $28.5 million loan facility to US $5.7 million.
