good morning Trek, I agree with you that this was their best Q so far, BUT it only came from massive dilution from the company killing the pps and shareholders. S800 imo is a double edge sword, yes they produce revenues, but not enough to pay for themselves. The most obvious problem with S800 is their inability to grow even when everyone else is in the market place. This can't be over looked as it is the most important key in choosing to invest in byoc or not. Unless the company can bring on new customers, hell how about 1 new customer then you may be able to move towards profitability until then S800 will be nothing more than a dilution burden to its shareholders, this isn't my opinion it's a fact and it's a clear fact! Geordan needs to sell or prove he can fix S800 before acquiring another defunct business. Right now he's proven very little to me in how to grow a company, clearing up a balance sheet through 100% shareholder dilution is well,, shifty especially with no real plan in place in how to grow S800.
