I just got off phone with OCTM. Spoke with a man in the compliance department named Morgan. He cannot tell me specifically about any one company so I made my question vague.


Here’s the key take away…

Pink Limited companies are NOT (I repeat, NOT) required to post their quarterlies. All they need is a VERIFIED PROFILE, and an ANNUAL REPORT in the last 16 months to keep PINK LIMITED STATUS.

Are we expecting a q3? Absolutely. We all know that.

But it means nothing to our status with OTCM if we don’t have it on the 15th because we are not PINK CURRENT STATUS.

In the meantime, make your popcorn or make your coffee and don’t panic.

We’re fine.

Understandably annoyed we don’t have q3 but we’re fine.
