On the face, it does seem to be excessive for two dispensaries. As Dye has talked about only doing accretive deals, there must be something below the surface yet to be revealed. In reviewing the mechandise for each dispensary, I have never seen so many THC infused beverages offered at a dispensary. The brand Keef stands out and the second link describes where the brand distributes, including Jamaica. Not sure who all the founding members are but I wonder if Brian Ruden is connected to Emerald Fields through a product relationship.

Just a hunch and could be way off, but interested and hoping for more details from JD. We all tend to think in terms of how Dye operates and its easy to overlook the other talets on the SHWZ BOD. BR is very spread out nationally and internationally and I think his association is very important to success for SHWZ. I also do not think Dye would overpromise on his 2022 year end projections north of $230M.
