You're forgetting about Elite Therapeutics. They're owned by Viaspace and they're still in business with people on the pay role. Schewe brought in all the startup dept from Elite into Viaspace. This was a clear case of everyone trying to screw each other. I'll bet Elite is still incurring dept. With the SEC looking in, I don't think Schewe is going to try to save Elite. As soon as the recession makes it's presence, which is guaranteed in the next 18 months, Elite will most likely close. Then it's pay the creditors.....and you know what that means. Bankrupt!
