Very good points, I ignored Ginsberg presence here for a long time but once I did some DD on him I got even more sceptical...

way too many issues with this ticker... and the worst thing is that there is no catalyst until Q1/Q2 next year as per CEO because of chain supply issues... If even that is the truth

I am not buying that, I think they have some issues with the drug formulations
