Again, as sometimes you appear to be confused (calling it a super 8-k for instance), no bank will give you a medallion signature because the shares have no value. A medallion signature guarantee is given to guarantee VALUE of an asset. They won't give it based on previous value when it was trading. They won't take a letter saying it's worth $0.002 cents per share. They simply will not do it. And your broker will not give you any paper shares because they also do not exist. Whatever you are talking about is not happening.
