No...they said the money would be used to fund a mining project (I think the Manicougan one). The pilot plant and fertilizer would be done through debt financing and other such sources.

But, then again, they also said at the AGM meeting in September that they would not be doing a PP for a long time and at more favorable pricing--then they turned around and did it and lied, so who knows.

Looks like no FS results until 2022 now. No shortage of delays. Ditto ZeU.

They have a great mousetrap but my patience with SX management is wearing very thin.
