I didn't say it was impossible. I'm saying they could claim it as an affirmative defense if sued if they can't figure it out.

Something like...

We put $ in escrow...had every intention of completing the buyback but unable to do so due to the complications of the brokers, transfer agents, medallions, etc.etc. etc blah blah blah.

I hope as much as the next that they come through. My patience is waining

If they know who I am, how many shares I got, etc. And this is true for all or most...just send a damn check to my address they have.
