Amazon had a 20 percent locked up stake in Rivian before the IPO.

They bought another 2.5 stake ON THE OPEN MARKET FRIDAY.

Seriously one of the craziest things I’ve ever seen. I think the shares they bought were around $130.

That 2 percent stake means that they nought over 10 percent of the tradable shares/float- as the vast majority of the Share structure is currently locked up.
