I just received a proxy vote for a RS on another ticker where I have some shares.

Goes to show that atleast they respect their shareholders and do the actual vote unlike CUBT where management did us dirty and done the vote behind our backs.

And then they had the audacity to send out a letter one month later claiming that ''shareholders'' voted.
